Most expensive surprises at Tema were written into the quote or the paperwork long before the ship sailed. We read every line so you don't find out the hard way.

- Gate 1, eligibility: can this cargo enter Ghana at all, and under which rules.
- Gate 2, paper: bill of lading details and consignee, inventory and packing list, prohibited items, title timing for U.S. Customs, Ghana Shippers' Authority registration, insurance.
- Gate 3, money: every line of your quote, what is missing from it, terms that shift costs to you, and what you will still pay in Ghana.
You receive a written Red Flag Report: each finding ranked red or amber, why it matters, and exactly what to ask your forwarder to fix. Delivered within 2 business days of receiving all documents.
Our promise. If the Audit does not find something worth more than its fee, measured against our published Red Flag Standard, we refund the fee in full.
