Tema Rescue
Your cargo is at Tema, your clearing agent has gone quiet and the charges keep growing. Time matters: under Ghana's Customs Act, goods not entered within 7 days of unloading can be moved to a State warehouse, and uncleared goods can end up forfeited and auctioned.
How Tema Rescue works
- You sign a Letter of Authority so the shipping line, terminal and agent will talk to us about your cargo.
- We find out exactly where the cargo stands: entry, examination, charges and holds.
- We check every charge against what it should be, dispute what is wrong and push for release.
- You pay Ghana Revenue Authority, the line and the terminal directly. We never hold your money.
