- VIN and title review. Title type, title state, and what the listing says about damage, keys and running condition.
- Ghana eligibility verdict. Age limit, barred titles, steering side and the GS 4510 inspection.
- Landed-cost worksheet. Auction fees, storage deadlines, towing, ocean freight, inspection, and the Ghana duty, clearing and port costs you must budget for.
- Pickup and paperwork plan. Auction pickup deadlines and getting the title to U.S. Customs at least 72 hours before export.
- A written go or no-go letter, with any conditions, before your money leaves the bank.
