Every case moves through the same five checkpoints. Nothing passes a gate until it has been checked.

Questions
Is the Shipper's Advocate a customs broker or a law firm?
No. It is an advisory service. Customs entries in Ghana are filed by licensed customs house agents. We review, verify and push for you, and we never hold your duty money: you pay Ghana Revenue Authority, the shipping line and the terminal directly.
Do I have to ship with Guldstreet to use it?
No. The advocacy service never depends on shipping with us, and we will tell you so in writing. Clients who ship cars and containers with Guldstreet get membership included.
What happens if the audit finds nothing?
If our Document and Quote Audit does not find something worth more than its fee, measured against our published Red Flag Standard, we refund the fee in full.
How fast do you respond?
The same business day for members and open cases. Audits are delivered within 2 business days of receiving all documents.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal at the card price, or by Zelle, Cash App or bank transfer at the lower non-card price. Your access starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
