How buying from the US and shipping to Ghana works

1. Send your links or your list. Paste product links from any US store on the order form, or WhatsApp us a shopping list with sizes, colors, brands and a budget.
2. Get one written quote. It covers the item cost, our shopping fee and shipping to Ghana. Nothing is bought before you approve it.
3. Approve and pay. Pay the quote in full by card or PayPal from anywhere, or have family in the US pay by Cash App or cash.
4. We buy and check. Orders are delivered to our warehouse, or we shop in person. We send photos and receipts of every item. If something is wrong or damaged, we exchange it before it leaves the US.
5. We pack and ship. Orders from different stores are combined into one shipment, packed, sealed and recorded on your packing list.
6. Cleared and delivered. Customs clearance at Tema is handled for you, and door delivery is included in Accra and Tema. Other cities are quoted before you pay.

Buying from Ghana? No US card or US address needed

Many US stores will not accept a Ghana card or ship to a Ghana address. We place the order in the US, receive it at our warehouse and ship it to you. What we cannot buy or ship

Some items cannot travel, such as firearms, flammable liquids, aerosols, gas cylinders and counterfeit goods. Medicine, alcohol and large amounts of food need approval first. Check the prohibited items list before you order, and see the Ghana customs duties guide for what to expect at Tema.

What it costs

Shop and Ship is priced at our barrel rate plus a shopping fee, on top of the cost of the items. Every order gets one written quote with all three parts. Large or heavy items, or items sent by air, are quoted by size and weight. You see the full amount before you pay, and we buy nothing until you approve it. We accept card, PayPal, Cash App and cash.

Buying stock for a shop?

Can I buy from the US and ship to Ghana without a US card?

Yes. We place the order with our own account and you pay us. You can pay by card or PayPal from Ghana, or a family member in the US can pay by Cash App or cash.

Can you buy from Amazon and ship to Ghana?

Yes. Send the Amazon link with the quantity, size and color. We order it to our warehouse, check it, photograph it and ship it to Ghana with your other items.

How much does it cost to buy and ship from the US to Ghana?

It depends on the items, their size and weight, and whether they go by air or by sea. You get one written quote covering the items, our shopping fee and shipping before you pay anything.

Can I see what you bought before it ships?

Yes. We send photos and receipts of every item. If an item is wrong or damaged, we exchange it before it leaves the US.

What if an item is out of stock?

We tell you right away and suggest alternatives. We never substitute an item without your approval.

Can I add my own items to the shipment?

Yes. Many customers pack some things themselves and ask us to buy the rest. We combine everything into one shipment.

Where do you deliver?

Door delivery is included in Accra and Tema. Kumasi, Takoradi and other cities are quoted before you pay. We also ship to Togo and Cote d'Ivoire.
