Will my barrel definitely arrive before Christmas?
If you book and pay your deposit by the cutoff date for your city, yes. Our vessels depart weekly and transit takes 18–22 days to Tema. We will not accept a Christmas booking past the cutoff dates listed above because we cannot guarantee it.
Does my family in Ghana have to pay customs duties?
Personal effects — clothing, shoes, food, household items — are typically duty-free under Ghana Customs rules for personal use. Commercial quantities of goods (for resale) may attract duties. We will confirm this before you book. There are no surprise charges at the port.
Is door pickup really free?
Yes. Free pickup is included in the quoted rate for all completed, paid shipments across New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your pickup slot. Full balance is due before departure.
How do I know my barrel is on the ship?
We send WhatsApp updates at every stage: pickup confirmed, barrel received at our warehouse, loaded on the vessel, arrived at Tema Port, customs cleared, and out for delivery. You can also message us anytime for a status update.
What payment methods do you accept?
