2. We quote. Item cost, our fee and shipping, in one written quote.
3. You approve and pay. We buy nothing before that.
4. We buy and check. Photos and receipts of everything, exchanges if anything is wrong.
5. We pack and ship on the next departure, with customs clearance at destination.
6. Delivered to your door in Accra and Tema, or quoted delivery elsewhere.

Buying from the US and shipping to Ghana: common questions

Can you buy from US stores and ship to Ghana for me?

Yes. Send us links from Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, BJ's, beauty supply stores or any other US store. We buy the items once you approve and pay the quote, check and photograph them, then ship them to Ghana with customs clearance at Tema.

Do I need a US card or a US address?

No. We place the order and receive it at our warehouse. You can pay your quote by card or PayPal from Ghana, or a family member or business partner in the US can pay by Cash App.

How much does it cost to buy and ship from the US to Ghana?

It depends on the items, their size and weight, and whether they go by air or by sea. You get one written quote covering the item cost, our buying fee and shipping before you pay anything. We buy nothing until you approve it.

Can I see what you bought before it ships?

Yes. We send photos and receipts of everything we buy. If an item is wrong or damaged, we exchange it before it leaves the US.

Where do you deliver in Ghana?

Door delivery is included in Accra and Tema. Delivery to Kumasi, Takoradi and other cities is quoted before you pay. We also ship to Togo and Cote d'Ivoire.

I am buying stock for my shop. Can you handle bulk orders?

Yes. For bulk buying and repeat orders use our bulk quote form, and ask about a business account for monthly statements.
