We photo-check every item and send you the photos when it arrives.
We consolidate and pack your order.
We ship by air every week (more often when your volume calls for it) and deliver to your door in Ghana.
You get an itemized invoice and a monthly statement of all your orders.
Full container, your own schedule (sea every week)
For importers, dealers and wholesalers moving a full load.
- Book a dedicated 20ft or 40ft container (FCL) and it sails on the next weekly departure. No waiting for other cargo to fill a shared container.
- Full container from New York from $2,800 (20ft), quoted in writing per job.
- Mixed loads, vehicles in containers and multi-supplier orders welcome.
- Shared container space (LCL) is also available for smaller loads; LCL departs on our consolidation schedule, confirmed at booking.

Questions about the Business Desk
What is mini importation, and can I start small?
Mini importation means buying goods abroad in small quantities to resell. You can start with a single order through the Business Desk, and scale up to a full container when your volume grows.
Can you buy from U.S. stores and wholesale clubs for me?
Yes, within each store's purchase limits and terms. We confirm what we can buy, and the price, in writing before you pay.
Can my own supplier deliver to your warehouse?
Yes, once you have paid the full quote for the job upfront. Deliveries that arrive before payment is received are not accepted.
How do I pay?
In full, upfront, in one payment. Your quote covers everything from purchase to delivery in Ghana, so we can run the whole job without interruptions.
How often do you ship?
Business Desk orders go by air every week, more often when volume calls for it. Full containers sail on the next weekly departure. Shared containers depart on our consolidation schedule, confirmed at booking.
Do you check the goods?
Yes. We photograph every item when it arrives at our warehouse and send you the photos before it ships.
What documents do I get?
An itemized invoice for every order, payment receipts, a packing list prepared for Ghana customs and a monthly statement.
How much does it cost to ship a container to Ghana?
A full 20ft container from New York starts at $2,800, quoted in writing per job with what is included and what is not.
Who pays Ghana duties?
Duties and taxes on commercial goods are assessed by Ghana Customs and are separate from the freight price. We tell you what to expect before you pay.
