Who Pays the Duty in Ghana

Ghana vehicle import standard GS 4510 was due to take effect on October 1, 2026, but its pre-shipment inspection was suspended on October 5, 2026, with a new date to be announced. When enforced, the standard requires a pre-shipment inspection and a Certificate of Conformity.
